Covers unsightly welds and the step on 1.25" diameter handlebars. Sporty styling looks great. One-piece clamp is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Has three 1/4" x 20 setscrews in the top to keep handlebars from slipping once they are installed. Large wire reliefs for internal wires. Bolt-on installation. For use with most 99-19 Big Twin Harley-Davidson models with 3-1/2" on-center risers and offset mounting holes.
