The RAM Powergrip Clutch Kit delivers an ideal blend of street-friendly drivability and high-performance capability. Designed for performance vehicles and engine swap applications, it offers increased clamping force over stock with smooth, predictable engagement for daily driving. Rated for up to 550 horsepower, the Powergrip kit features an increased clamp load pressure plate for improved torque capacity with no increase in pedal effort. The clutch disc features a RAM's dual-friction design with premium organic material on one side and 900 Series metallic material on the other, providing smooth street take-off and strong holding power under aggressive driving. An 8-spring hub enhances strength, shock absorption, and durability, making the Powergrip a popular choice for LS, LT, Coyote, and Hemi swaps, as well as Tremec transmission conversions. Each kit includes the pressure plate, clutch disc, alignment tool, and release bearing where applicable.
