Machined steel 4.62" flange ( s400 flat V ) for your s400 turbo. Most Borg Warner s400 T4 turbine housings utilize this style exhaust outlet flange. It has a machined recess to accept a 4" pipe. Includes heavy duty quick release v-band clamp. Flange can be purchased separately without clamp NOTE: Clamp included is a VERY heavy duty clamp. It is not just your standard cheap clamp that breaks the first time you try to take it off !
