Our fix is simple, by providing support under the inside edge, it makes the bed rail caps fit correctly. Simply pop the bed rail cap up and slide these into place. The bed rail cap is now supported against the steel rail below by a CAD designed, solid PETG part, which is especially helpful when adding a load on the plastic bed rail caps by installing a bed rack or tonneau cover.
